Mansfield accommodation of the finest quality, Rosedale House is a beautiful new guest house bed and breakfast on the outskirts of the Mansfield township, and just a short stroll to the centre of town, only 45mins from Mt Buller and Mt Stirling alpine resorts in north east Victoria. Rosedale House offers individual suites or you can rent the entire house, ideal for couples, groups and families, popular off-mountain accommodation for skiers, car clubs, cycling groups, horse events, 4WD enthusiasts, country retreats and girls weekends.
Guests will enjoy our beautiful suites, spacious central living area with big leather couches, large screen TV, enormous dining table, generous fully-appointed kitchen and laundry with drying cupboard. A huge wood fire in winter will give you that warm country glow and, with a delicious continental style breakfast every morning, what more could you ask for? High Country accommodation at its finest!
Set on five acres of farmland, large picture windows frame stunning views of magestic red gums, wildlife and starry starry nights. You can catch yourself a Silver Perch in our well-stocked dam or simply relax and watch the sunset, serenaded by frogs, with a glass of wine or a BBQ on our wide country-style verandahs. The property has plenty of parking and is pet-friendly with fenced accommodation for horses too.
Whether you're skiing, cycling, driving or horse riding, Rosedale House is the perfect base for exploring the High Country year-round, including Mansfield, Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Craig's Hut, Powers Lookout, Lake Eildon, Howqua and the Delatite, Lake Nilacootie and many small towns such as Jamieson and Bonnie Doon.
Please note: Rooms can be booked individually or the whole house can be booked as one. Additionally, we have a 2-night minimum booking on weekends during winter, school holidays and public holidays.

Delatite Family Suite
The Delatite Suite and Bunk Room combine to accommodate families and groups of adults up to 8. This is the perfect option for budget conscious visitors - working out at around $45 per person!

Delatite Suite
This spacious room can sleep up to 5, with king bed or king singles, fold out sofa bed and room for a trundle. Guests will enjoy heating, ceiling fans, optional sofa, private TV and bathroom facilities (shared with the Delatite Bunk Room).
You can retire early or stay up to enjoy our huge open fire, big leather couches and large screen TV. Have dinner in town or self-cater in our generous country-style kitchen or BBQ out on the veranda. This is one sunset you won't want to miss!
Delatite Bunk Room
Perfect kids room or bunk room for group bookings, this comfortable room sleeps up to 4, with heating, ceiling fan, private TV and bathroom (shared with Delatite Suite).
Rosedale House is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure in the Mansfield-Mt Buller region skiing, cycling, horse riding or driving. You can tuck the kids into bed with a movie and relax in front of our huge wood fire with a glass of the High Country's fines.
Buller Suite
Featuring king bed or king singles (and room for a trundle) this spacious room can sleep up to 3, with heating, ceiling fans, private TV, double ensuite bathroom large picture windows framing stunning views and starry starry nights.
All guests have free access to our stunning central living area with big couches, huge wood fire, big screen TV, generous country style kitchen and delicious continental breakfast every morning - you won't want to go home!
Stirling Suite
This beautiful suite sleeps 2, featuring a queen bed with heating, ceiling fans, private TV, double ensuite bathroom (with double showers) and leather tub chairs.
In this beautiful country setting, leave your blinds open to enjoy a moonlit night and peaceful dawn. All guests have free access to our big central living area and wide verandas, with all the comforts of home. Plus a delicious continental style breakfast every morning, all inclusive.
